Sick Leave and Disability Insurance
NWS employees are immediately eligible for sick leave, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage. Regular employees accrue a set number of sick days each year and participate in a generous company-paid disability plan which provides for income replacement of up to 60% of salary or $1,500 per week of short-term disability for up to 13 weeks and up to 60% of salary or $7,000 for each month of long-term disability.
Flexible Spending Account
An FSA is a pretax benefit available to eligible employees to set aside a specific pretax dollar amount, up to $2,400 per year for unreimbursed medical, dental, vision, over-the-counter items, and dependent care expenses, up to $5,000 per year. In addition to the tax savings, regular payroll deductions help you budget your expenses.

401(k) Savings Plan
You may participate in NWS's 401(k) Savings Plan immediately upon hire. All team members receive a generous company match of their pre-tax earnings into their 401(k) Savings Plan account.
NWS places your retirement dollars into a personal account that provides access to a wide-range of low fee, no-load funds with the option to also invest in a self-directed brokerage account. Our plan includes targeted retirement mutual funds and a wide variety of mutual funds from which you may select the investments choices that work the best for you and your family. NWS's 401(k) contributions are vested over a three-year 20-50-100% vesting schedule. Your contributions are always 100% vested.
